Ideal Society Project

To date, we've been working on the concept of an "Ideal Society." The point of the project is:
a) discuss aspects that comprise a society and their importance
b) discuss possible improvements to our society
c) apply geography skills in an ideal society concept map.
The students have taken notes and held group discussions. They have also written essays on their ideal societies, based on rubric criteria. To date, they've given peer to peer feedback and have made improvements based on this feedback. Many students have begun their maps according to class designed criteria.
